Gluten-Free Maps Europe is the CYE Annual Project for 2012-2013.
It consists on the realization of a website that collects information on gluten-free places (restaurants, hostels, shops, etc.) and visualises them on a map. Moreover, it could also constitute an occasion for networking, socializing and exchanging recipes and experiences. For coeliacs travelling around Europe it is often difficult to find safe, easy-to-use and reliable information on gluten-free shops, restaurants and products. The purpose of our annual project is to make this much easier.
